On the afternoon of July 17, Li Aiqun, Vice President of BUCEA, and Jiang Jie, Executive Dean of the International Development Research Institute (School of International Education), visited the 11 international students living at the Xicheng Campus of BUCEA, and offered them supplies and condolences for the prevention and control of the epidemic.

Li Aiqun and others talked cordially with the international students who stayed at campus, conveyed the concerns and greetings of BUCEA to the students, and appreciated their understanding and support for the prevention and control of the epidemic. He carefully inquired about the online class attendance, academic progress, living conditions and holiday arrangements of international students this semester, and urged them to make full use of the summer time to make reasonable arrangements for their studies and life, as well as to keep in close contact with their families and teachers, and wished them a safe and meaningful summer vacation.

In accordance with the requirements for the prevention and control of epidemic on campus, IDRI has strictly implemented a campus closure management system, continuously attended to the health and safety of international students, listened to the practical difficulties of international students and responded to their demands in a timely manner, attached close attention to the ideological trends and psychological health of international students, and conveyed all notices and information to them in a timely manner, so as to ensure the steady advancement and implementation of work related to international students during the summer vacation.
