亲爱的国际学生：

祝一切安好！当前全球疫情起伏反复，国内部分地区发生聚集性疫情，传播链已波及多个省（市）。近期，北京也出现了多例京外疫情关联病例。事实以最直接的方式提醒我们: 新冠病毒不会倏然而去，我们要以此为戒，充分认识到疫情防控的复杂性、严峻性、长期性。

为进一步做好疫情防控工作，保障同学们的身体健康和生命安全，现将有关事项通知如下：

1、全体学生应服从教育部和北京市疫情防控总体要求。时刻保持个人防护意识，科学规范佩戴口罩，做到勤洗手、常通风，不扎堆、不聚集，保持安全社交距离，莫去人多地方闲逛。

2、继续坚持非必要不出境，非必要不出京，对于未获审批擅自离京的学生依规严肃处理。

3、现居住在国内其他城市的同学，请于开学前15天（8月22日前）持登机登车前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明和健康绿码返回北京。返京学生严格执行北京市进京管控政策。

4、凡返京学生被确定为密接者或次密接者，应严格遵守北京市疫情防控要求，并遵守相应的隔离措施。

5、学生进出银河赌场实施审批制。旅居地在国内中高风险地区及全域实行封闭管理的学生，不得返校；如确需返校的，须持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明和健康绿码返校，并在校内隔离区进行7日隔离观察。

6、如出现发热、咳嗽等症状，请立即就医，并第一时间告知我们。

A Letter to International Students

Dear international students,

We hope that this message finds you well. At present, the global epidemic situation fluctuates, and cluster of cases in some parts of China has affected many provinces (municipalities). Recently, several epidemic-related cases occurred in Beijing. This fact reminds us that COVID-19 will not suddenly disappear. We should take this seriously, realize the complexity, severity and persistence of epidemic prevention and control.

In order to further the epidemic prevention and control as well as ensure your health and safety, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Please comply with the overall requirements of the Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipality for epidemic prevention and control. Maintain a sense of self-protection all the time, wear masks in a scientific and standardized way, wash hands frequently, keep ventilation, avoid gathering in groups, maintain a safe social distance, and avoid crowded places.

2. Please do not to leave China unless necessary, and do not leave Beijing unless necessary. Students who leave Beijing without approval will be dealt with strictly according to the regulations.

3. If you live in other cities in China, please arrive in Beijing 15 days before start of the next semester (before August 22, 2021) with a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and a green code on Health Kit. When returning to Beijing, please follow Beijing municipality's entry control policies strictly.

4. If you are identified as a close or sub-close contact, please strictly comply with Beijing municipality’s epidemic prevention and control requirements and the corresponding quarantine measures.

5. Approval system has been implemented for students entering and leaving the campus. Students who live in high- or medium-risk areas that are under closed management in China, are not allowed to return to the campus. Those need to return to the campus urgently, should bring a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours and a green code on Health Kit, and be quarantined for 7 days in the campus isolation area.

6. In case of fever, cough and other symptoms, please seek medical care immediately and inform us as soon as possible.
