Dear international students,
根据北京来华留学生政府奖学金相关管理办法以及《银河赌场在线平台
来华留学生奖学金实施细则》（北建大对外发〔2026〕2 号）等有关规定，银河赌场
将组织2026-2027学年来华留学生奖学金评审工作，现将有关事项通知如下：
In accordance with the relevant administrative measures for the Beijing Government Scholarship for International Students and the Implementation Rules for Scholarships for International Students at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA External Affairs Document [2026] No. 2), the university will organize the scholarship review for the 2026-2027 academic year. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
一、奖学金申请资格
非中国籍公民，对华友好，身心健康；
学习成绩优良；
遵守中国法律和校规校纪，品行端正；
无违纪、治安管理处罚及违法犯罪记录；
申请人不得在同一时期内重复获得中国各级政府奖学金，以及社会组织、银河赌场
等设立的其他奖学金（不含各类一次性奖励金）的资助。申请人如有瞒报、漏报资助情况的，将被取消奖学金资格，并须退回已领取的奖学金。
I. Scholarship Application Eligibility
Non-Chinese citizens who are friendly toward China and in good physical and mental health;
Excellent academic performance;
Compliance with Chinese laws and university rules and discipline, with upright conduct;
No record of disciplinary violations, public security administration penalties, or criminal offenses;
Applicants shall not, during the same period, receive any other scholarship established by Chinese governments at any level, social organizations, or the university (excluding one-time awards). Applicants who conceal or omit such funding information will be disqualified and required to return any scholarship already received.
二、评审基本要求
申请人须遵纪守法、成绩优良、尊重教师、品德高尚、勤奋学习、团结同学、积极参加集体活动；无无故迟到、早退、旷课现象；无未结清的学费、住宿费等费用（已获批缓缴的除外）。
II. Basic Review Requirements
Applicants shall abide by laws and regulations, achieve excellent academic performance, respect teachers, demonstrate noble moral character, study diligently, be united with fellow students, and actively participate in group activities; have no unexcused tardiness, early departures, or absences; and have no outstanding tuition or accommodation fees (except where a payment deferral has been approved).
三、申报材料

来华留学生奖学金申请表》
在读研究生须提交1封本校导师的推荐信，推荐信须由导师通过其本校官方邮箱直接发送至[email protected]。
可提供上一学年获奖证明、学术论文、科研作品及其他荣誉情况作为补充申请材料。
上述材料请于2026年10月10日前提交至邮箱：[email protected]。
III. Required Application Materials
Application Form for Scholarship;
Enrolled postgraduate students must submit one recommendation letter from their supervisor at BUCEA; the letter shall be sent directly by the supervisor from his or her official university email address to [email protected].
Additional supporting documents, such as award certificates, academic papers, research works, or other honors from the previous academic year, may be provided.
All application materials must be submitted by email to [email protected] by October 10, 2026.
四、注意事项
尚未缴纳上一学年学费和住宿费的学生请尽快缴纳，否则可能影响最终奖学金评定结果。
IV. Notes
Students who have not yet paid their tuition and accommodation fees for the previous academic year are urged to do so as soon as possible; otherwise, the final scholarship review result may be affected.
