当前，疫情防控形势依然严峻，根据银河赌场

2021秋季学期学生返校（报到）须知》要求，结合银河赌场
工作实际，具体工作安排如下：
一、返校（报到）安排
1.境外国际学生：未收到银河赌场
相关通知前，暂不返校。线上报到流程参照上一学年执行：

2.京内学生
在京内低风险地区的学生：不前往京内中高风险地区，不扎堆，少聚会，做好个人防护和健康监测，按时返校。具体返校安排：2020级及以上学生于9月5日（周日）返京返校；2021级新生于9月10日（周五）到校报到。
京内中高风险地区的学生：待所在区域降为低风险地区后，持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明方可返校（报到）。
3.京外学生
在京外低风险地区的学生：需持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明、健康绿码和行程绿码方可返京返校（报到）。具体返校安排：2020级及以上学生于9月4日（周六）返京返校；2021级新生于9月10日（周五）到校报到。
在京外中高风险地区所在地级市域内其他县（市、区、旗，直辖市为所在区）的学生：完成14天健康监测并持登机登车前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明可以返京；返校当天进行核酸检测，检测结果为阴性后，持健康绿码和行程绿码正常到校。具体安排：2020级及以上学生于9月3日（周五）返京返校；2021级新生于9月9日（周四）到校报到。
在京外中高风险地区所在县（市、区、旗，直辖市为所在区）及14天内有该区域旅居史的学生：推迟返京返校（报到），待所在区域降为低风险地区后，完成14天健康监测并持登机登车前48小时内核酸检测阴性证明可以返回北京；抵京当日进行核酸检测，检测结果为阴性后，持健康绿码和行程绿码方可返校（报到）。
4.学生本人及共同居住的家庭成员为确诊病例、疑似病例、无症状感染者、密切接触者的，暂不返校。学生本人及共同居住的家庭成员曾为确诊病例、疑似病例、无症状感染者、密切接触者的，须严格执行相关疫情防控措施后再持48小时内核酸检测阴性证明方可返校（报到）。
5.全体学生及共同居住的家庭成员要完成开学前14天健康监测；学生及共同居住的家庭成员有发热、乏力、咳嗽、咽痛、咽干、腹泻、呕吐、嗅觉及味觉减退等疑似症状的，要及时就诊，待症状消除且核酸检测阴性报银河赌场
批准后方可返校（报到），严禁带病报到。
6.所有符合返校和报到条件的学生均需在“学生返校申请系统”中申请，经学院审批同意后，在规定的日期内返校（报到）。
二、返校和报到流程
符合返校（报到）条件的同学进入银河赌场在线平台
网上服务大厅提交学生返校申请，并于返校（报到）前2日内上传疫苗接种记录、核酸检测证明、北京健康宝绿码、通信行程卡绿码、并签订上传《银河赌场在线平台
学生返校/新生报到承诺书》。返校（报到）当天，学生持有效二维码刷码入校。
三、返校注意事项
1.所有返校（报到）学生要提前14天开展健康监测，在返校/报到申请中要填报个人健康状态和交通出行状况。
2.学生进出校实行“审批制”。学生在“学生进出校申请”系统（登录方式：信息门户-服务大厅-学生进出校申请）中提前申请，审批通过后才能进出银河赌场
。学生要严格遵守银河赌场
疫情防控和进出校园管理规定，坚持“非必要不出校、非必要不聚集”。
3.严格执行疫情防控常态化各项卫生管理措施。在校园内严格遵守戴口罩、勤洗手、“一米线”间距等防控措施，进出校园、宿舍、教学楼须佩戴口罩，主动做好扫码测温，每日按时填报健康情况。
4.所有学生要按照要求做好疫情防控政策的落实，正确理性看待疫情，增强自我防范意识和防护能力，严格遵守国家和银河赌场
防疫要求，避免各类聚集性活动。
5.鼓励新生完成疫苗接种后再来京报到。
6.9月6日2020级及以上学生开始上课，9月13日2021级学生开始上课，根据学生到校情况采取线上线下融合教学。

1.2 Students in Beijing
Students in low-risk areas in Beijing: Please avoid gathering and do not go to medium and high risk areas in Beijing. In addition, please keep personal protection and health monitoring, and return to the university on time. Specific arrangement: 2018 students, 2019 students, and 2020 students should return to Beijing on September 5th (Sunday); 2021 freshmen should arrive at the university on September 10th (Friday).
Students in medium and highrisk areas in Beijing: After the area change to low risk, please return to the university with a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
1.3 Students outside Beijing
Students in low-risk areas outside Beijing: Please prepare a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, a health green code, and a green code for itinerary before returning to Beijing. Specific arrangements: 2018 students, 2019 students, and 2020 students should return to Beijing on September 4th (Saturday); 2021 freshmen should arrive at the university on September 10th (Friday).
Students in counties outside Beijing (towns, districts, etc.) with medium and high risk areas in the same city: Please return to Beijing after completing 14 days of health monitoring with a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours before boarding; nucleic acid test will be carried out on the day of returning to the university. If the test result is negative, you will enter the university normally with the green code of health kit and itinerary. Specific arrangements: 2018 students, 2019 students, and 2020 students should return to Beijing on September 3rd (Friday); 2021 freshmen should arrive at the university on September 9th (Thursday).
Students in or traveled to medium and high risk counties (towns, districts, etc) outside Beijing within 14 days: Please postpone returning to Beijing and wait until the area reduces to the low-risk level. Please return to Beijing after completing 14 days of health monitoring with a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding; a nucleic acid test is performed on the day of arrival in Beijing. If the test result is negative, you will enter the university with the green code of health kit and itinerary.
1.4 If the students themselves and their co-resident family members are confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infections, or close contacts, please do not return to university temporarily. Students and their family members who live together have been confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infections, or close contacts, please strictly implement relevant epidemic prevention and control measures and returning to the university with a negative nucleic acid test report within 48 hours.
1.5 All students and their family members who live together must complete health monitoring 14 days before the returningtothe university; students and their family members who live together with suspected symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, sore throat, dry throat, diarrhea, vomiting, decreased sense of smell and taste, should seek medical treatment in time, and return to the university witha negative nucleic acid test report and the university’s approval, after the symptoms are eliminated. It is strictly forbidden to come to the university with illness.
1.6 All students who meet the requirements of returning to the university,please apply in the "Students Returning to University Application System", and return to the university within the specified date, after approval by the college.
2. Returning to university and registration process
Students who meet the requirements for returning to university (registration), please enter the online service hall of BUCEA to submit the application for returning to university, and upload the vaccination record, nucleic acid test certificate, the green code of health kit and itinerary, and thesigned relevant commitment letterwithin 2 days before returning to university (registration). the student will enter the university with avalid QR code.
3. Precautions
3.1 All students returning to university (registration) should carry out health monitoring 14 days in advance, and fill in personal health status and traffic travel status in the application.
3.2 The "approval system" is implemented for students entering and leaving the university. First of all, please apply in the "student entry and exit application" system, and enter and exit the university after approval. Please strictly abide by the university’s epidemic prevention and control and university entry and exit management regulations, and do not leave university unless necessary, and do not gather unless necessary.
3.3 Please strictly abide by the prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, and "one-meter line" spacing on campus. Please wear mask when entering and exiting campuses, dormitories, and teaching buildings. And please actively scan codes and measure temperature, and report health conditions on time every day.
3.4 Please strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control policies, treat the epidemic in a correct and rational manner, enhance self-prevention awareness and protection capabilities, strictly abide by the national and university epidemic prevention requirements, and avoid various gathering activities.
3.5 New students are encouraged to come to Beijing after vaccinated.
3.6 Classes will begin for 2018 students, 2019 students, and 2020 students on September 6th, and on September 13th, 2021 students will start the classes. Online and offline integrated teaching will be adopted according to actual situation.
