一、开学时间
I. Spring Semester Start Date
按照银河赌场
要求，2021-2022学年春季学期定于2月28日（星期一）开学。第一阶段为第1～3周（2月28日-3月18日），国际学生通过网络参加线上教学，暂不返校。第二阶段为第 4～19 周（3月21日起），恢复线下教学（课堂中如有国际学生因疫情暂不能返校的，将采用线上线下相结合的模式开展教学）。
According to university requirements, the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year is scheduled to start on February 28 (Monday). The first stage is the first to third weeks (February 28-March 18). International students will participate in online teaching through the Internet and will not return to school for the time being. The second stage is from the 4th to the 19th week (from March 21st) with the resumption of offline teaching (if there are international students in the class who cannot return to school temporarily due to the epidemic, teaching will be carried out in a combined online and offline mode).

二、返校安排
II. Arrangement on Return to the University
1. 国际学生必须服从教育部和北京市疫情防控总体要求。学生应知晓并承诺严格遵守北京市、属地和银河赌场
各项管理措施。
i. International students should obey the general requirements of the Ministry of Education and Beijing's epidemic prevention and control. Students should know and promise to strictly abide by the management measures of Beijing, the territory and the university.
2. 严格落实身体健康监测，学生应如实向银河赌场
报告本人及共同居住人身体健康状况，有发热、咳嗽、腹泻等症状应及时进行核酸检测并到正规医疗机构就诊排除新冠病毒感染，确保返校前14天身体状况正常，严禁带病返京、返校。
ii. Please implement physical health monitoring, students should truthfully report to the school their own and co residents' health status. If there are fever, cough, diarrhea and other symptoms, the students should do the COVID-19 detection timely, and go to the regular medical institutions to eliminate the COVID-19 infection, to ensure that the body condition is normal in 14 days before returning to school. It is strictly prohibited to return to Beijing and school with disease.
3. 京内低风险地区（不含防范区）国际学生（14日内无京外行程），须持“通信大数据行程卡绿码”和“北京健康宝绿码”于3月20日（周日）返校报到。本学期不涉及线下课程的其他京内低风险地区（不含防范区）国际学生，可持“通信大数据行程卡绿码”和“北京健康宝绿码”自愿申请返校。
境外国际学生暂不回国、不返校，具体回国返校时间另行通知。
iii. International students in low-risk areas (excluding prevention areas) in Beijing (no trip outside Beijing within 14 days) should be back to school on March 20 (Sunday) with the "Green Code of Communication Big Data Itinerary Card " and "Green Code of Beijing Health Kit". Other international students in low-risk areas (excluding prevention areas) in Beijing who are not involved in offline courses this semester can voluntarily apply for returning to school with the "Green Code of Communication Big Data Itinerary Card " and "Green Code of Beijing Health Kit".
Overseas international students are temporarily not allowed to return to China or school. The specific time for returning to China and school will be notified separately.
4. 低风险地区学生本人或共同居住人与确诊病例、密接、次密接存在接触和行程轨迹相关的，相关学生应严格落实所在地疾控部门、属地社区、银河赌场
防疫相关政策，保证核酸检测结果阴性且自接触日或行程轨迹相关日起14天期满后，方可按低风险地区相应要求申请返京、返校。
iv. In low-risk areas of China, if the students themselves or their co residents are in contact with the confirmed cases, close contacts cases and sub close contacts cases, the relevant students should strictly implement the relevant policies of local disease control department, local community and school epidemic prevention, and they can apply for returning to Beijing or school according to the corresponding requirements of the low-risk area only after 14 days from the contact date or the date related to the itinerary and ensure that the COVID-19 test results are negative.
5. 返校途中请做好个人防护：旅途中必须全程佩戴口罩。注意消毒。如返校途中身体出现可疑症状应及时就近就医，并及时将有关情况报告银河赌场

v. Please do personal protection on the way back to school. Masks must be worn throughout the journey. Pay attention to disinfection. If the students have suspicious symptoms on the way back to school, they should seek medical attention in time and report the situation to the school in time.
6. 校内、外国际学生需开展每日健康自我检测。体温异常或有其他身体不适，应及时向银河赌场
老师报告。
vi. International students in China need to carry out daily health self-test. Abnormal temperature or other physical discomfort should be reported to the teacher in time.
三、报到注册
III. Registration
所有国际学生应在开学两周内，即2021年3月11日17:00前（北京时间）完成2021-2022学年春季学期的注册手续。国际学生需以微信或电子邮件的方式向辅导员报到注册。尚未缴费或未能获得足额奖学金抵扣学费的学生应于开学两周内交齐学费,否则银河赌场
将不予注册登记。
因故不能如期注册者，应当履行暂缓注册手续，否则将无法正常参加本学期相关教学活动。
All international students should complete the registration procedures for the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year within first two weeks of the semester, that is, before 17:00 on March 11, 2021 (Beijing time). International students need to register with the counselor via WeChat or email. Students who have not paid the tuition fees or have not received full scholarships to deduct tuition fees should pay the tuition fees within two weeks of the start of the semester, otherwise the school will not register for such students.
Those who are unable to register as scheduled for some reasons should go through the formalities of deferred registration, otherwise they will not be able to participate in the relevant teaching activities in the semester.
四、学籍异动办理
IV. Student Status Changes Procedures
国际学生如需办理休学、复学、退学等手续，请于开学第1周联系国际化发展研究院（国际教育学院）教务老师办理。已达到最长休学年限两年的同学，请及时办理复学，逾期未办理复学的学生将予以退学处理。
注：国际本科生的休学手续不得晚于开学第4周前办理完毕。
If international students need to go through the formalities of suspension, resumption, or withdrawal from school, please contact the academic teacher of the International Education Institute in the first week of the semester. Students who have reached the longest suspension period (two years), please apply for resumption in time, and students who fail to apply for resumption within the time limit will be withdrawn from the school.
Note: The suspension procedures for international undergraduates should be completed no later than the fourth week of the semester.
五、教学运行安排

1、理论课教学安排

自2月24日8：00开始，学生可登陆教务系统，进入“我的-我的课表-学生课表”页面，在下方课程列表下载“学习指导书”，并通过“学习指导书”中的二维码扫码进课程微信群。如果二维码失效，可联系任课教师加入课程微信群。（校外通过VPN 登录校内网再进一步登录“新教务系统”，登录网址是：//www.engineeringvillage.com/users/sign_in）
From 8:00 on February 24th, students can log in to the educational administration system, enter the "My-My Class Schedule-Student Class Schedule" page, download the "Study Guide" in the course list below, and enter the course WeChat group by scanning the QR code in the "Study Guide". 2、毕业论文（毕业设计）安排
ii. Graduation Thesis (Graduation Project) Arrangement
参加毕业论文（毕业设计）的国际本科生应主动与毕设指导教师取得联系，沟通毕业论文（毕业设计）等事宜，从2月28日开始通过网络参加毕业论文（毕业设计）。第1～3周指导教师通过线上方式督促学生如期开展毕业论文（毕业设计）工作。
International undergraduates who participate in the graduation thesis (graduation project) should take the initiative to get in touch with the supervisor of the graduation project to communicate about the graduation thesis (graduation project) and other matters, and participate in the graduation thesis (graduation project) through the Internet from February 28. In the 1st to 3rd week, the instructor urges the students to carry out the graduation thesis (graduation design) work as scheduled through online means.
3、开学重考安排
iii.Re-examination Arrangement
开学重考从第 4 周开始以线下形式进行，并于两周内完成，具体安排另行通知。国际学生因疫情暂不能返校的，需单独向任课老师提出线上重考申请。境外的学生和经过银河赌场
批准不能正常返校的学生，请于开学第1周向任课老师申请线上参加考试，并主动与任课教师沟通线上考试安排事宜。
The re-examination will be conducted offline from the 4th week and will be completed within two weeks. The specific arrangements will be notified separately. International students who are temporarily unable to return to school due to the epidemic need to submit an online re-examination application to their teachers separately. 4、选课安排
iv. Course Selection Arrangement
需申请重修、补选、退选课程的同学请于第1周周一（2 月 28 日）9：00 至第 1 周周日（3 月 6 日）22:00期间登陆教务系统进行操作。
Students who need to apply for retake, by-election and withdrawal of courses should log in to the educational administration system from 9:00 on Monday of the first week (February 28) to 22:00 on Sunday of the first week (March 6).
（二）研究生 Graduate Students
1、理论课教学安排

中文授课研究生的学位论文工作安排由研究生院统一发布，请留意研究生院近期发布的相关通知。
英文授课研究生的学位论文工作安排将于开学第一周发布在年级微信群中，请密切关注微信群发布的消息。
The dissertation work arrangements for Chinese-taught postgraduates will be released by the Graduate School in a unified manner. Please pay attention to the relevant notices issued by the Graduate School recently.
The dissertation work arrangements for English-taught postgraduates will be published in the grade WeChat group in the first week of the semester. Please pay close attention to the notices released in the WeChat group.
