BUCEA 2024 Autumn Semester Guide for Registration to International Students
一、报到时间
西城校区：2024年9月3日（上午8:30—11:30；下午13:30—16:30）
大兴校区：2024年9月4日（上午8:30—11:30；下午13:30—16:30）
I. Registration Time
Xicheng campus: 8:30 am-11:30 am, and 1:30 pm-4:30 pm, September 3rd, 2024.
Daxing campus: 8:30 am-11:30 am, and 1:30 pm-4:30 pm, September 4th, 2024.
二、报到地点

大兴校区：基A513

三、报到材料
1、新生：录取通知书、本人护照，校外居住学生携带临时住宿登记。
2、在读学生：学生证、本人护照，校外居住学生携带临时住宿登记。
III. Materials Required
1. New students: Admission Notice, Passport.
Those who live off-campus, please bring your Registration Form of Temporary Residence.
2. Enrolled students: student ID card and passport.

四、保险
1、凡银河赌场
来华留学生入学注册时需购买来华人员综合保险（含人身意外伤害医疗险和住院医疗保险），保费400元人民币/半年，800元人民币/一年。
2、保险作为办理新学期注册的必备材料，未办理投保手续者，不予注册。
IV. Insurance
1. Upon enrollment, all international students should purchase Comprehensive Insurance for Foreigners Staying in China (including Medical Insurance for Accidental Injury, and Hospitalization and Medical Insurance). The insurance fee is 400 RMB for one semester and 800 RMB for one academic year.
2. This insurance is requisite to the registration. International students without insurance cannot register at BUCEA.
五、住宿
1、如需入住银河赌场
国际学生公寓双人间，请提前联系银河赌场
([email protected])进行预定。报到日期之前到校原则上不予接待，特殊情况请提前发邮件至上述邮箱。
2、学生在银河赌场
国际学生公寓办理入住手续时，应通过在中国境内购买的个人手机号码登录“北京境外人员网上住宿登记系统”，根据公安机关的相关规定在24小时内上传住宿登记。公寓前台工作人员会提供登记住宿信息的流程说明（建议同学们先办理手机卡，再办理入住手续）。
3、校外住宿学生应根据公安机关的相关规定在入住后24小时内到所在地派出所开具临时住宿登记证明，报到时需出示临时住宿登记证明。
V. Accommodations
1.If you need to live in a double room at the international student dormitory of the university, please contact the school ([email protected]) in advance for reservation. In principle, we will not receive students who arrive before the registration date. For special circumstances, please send an email to the above-mentioned mailbox in advance.
2. When checking in at the international student dormitory, students should log in to the “Online Residence Registration System for Overseas Visitors in Beijing” with a personal mobile number purchased within China and complete their registration within 24 hours according to the relevant regulations. The front desk staff at the international student dormitory will provide instructions on residence registration (it is required to get a Chinese SIM card before checking in).
3. Students who live off-campus should apply for a Temporary Accommodation Certificate at the local police station within 24 hours of their stay according to the relevant regulations. They should also present the above certificate upon registration.

七、签证
1、境外国际学生新生应当持因私普通护照，办理 X1 或 X2 签证注册学习。
2、持X1签证入境的学生入境30天内需体检并办理居留许可。
VII. Visa
1. New international students should hold a private ordinary passport and obtain an X1 or X2 visa to register for study.
2. Students entering with an X1 visa must undergo a medical examination and obtain a residence permit within 30 days of arrival.
温馨提示：由于个别业务不支持外卡支付（如保险费、签证费、电话卡），没有中国境内银行卡的同学请准备一些现金，建议人民币2000元左右。
Kindly Reminder: For certain process that do not support international card payments, such as insurance, visa fees, and SIM cards, students who don’t have a chinese bank card are advised to prepare some cash, it is recommended to have around RMB 2000.
